History Unmaking

I guess only time will tell us just how significant Benazir Bhutto was to the history of the world, but I fear that we are currently underestimating her, even as we mourn her and praise her. I suspect this is the beginning of some enormous moment and this relatively small act of violence on the worldwide political stage will telegraph to impact just about everyone everywhere.
